Shipping Policy

FREE GROUND SHIPPING

We proudly offer complimentary ground shipping to the lower 48 states, with a standard delivery time of 7–21 days. All orders within the continental United States will be shipped via ground transport at no additional cost. This includes standard delivery service and does not include forklift unloading.

FORKLIFT SERVICE NOT INCLUDED.

Orders involving excavators or skid steer loaders require a forklift for unloading. If you do not have access to a forklift, you will need to rent one to complete the delivery safely.

ORDERS

We currently ship only within the United States.

All required documentation and EPA certification charges are covered by us.

Once payment is completed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Delivery usually takes an additional 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Machines are shipped via freight trucking services, while smaller attachments are delivered through FedEx or UPS.

In rare cases, tracking numbers may not be available online. Rest assured, we guarantee delivery or a full refund.

IMPORTANT

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If the address needs to be changed after the item ships, you will be responsible for any associated fees.

If a delivery appointment is required and you fail to schedule it in time, causing the item to be returned, a 10% reshipment fee will apply.
